Parent Teacher Conferences
will be held on Tuesday, March 9th from 12:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Students will be dismissed at 11:00 a.m. No lunch will be served. We look forward to seeing all parents and being able to share all the exciting activities that are going on with your student. Hope to see you there!

Mar.13 - School will be in session through 11:30 a.m. Breakfast and lunch will be served at RES. "Brunch" will be served at RMS and RHS.

*Saturday school days are considered as an alternative to extending the school year past June 11 or to taking days from Spring Break. However, if multiple days are missed, there is a likelihood that Spring Break may be shortened.

RHS Wrestlers win the Conference Title for the SIXTH YEAR IN A ROW. The team also won the Conference Tournament with every wrestler placing in the top three.

National Board Certified Teachers and
Candidates Work with NCCAT to Enrich Skills
Through a generous Golden Leaf Foundation grant, Graham County teachers spent January 22 with Mary Kay Cooley and Linda Kinnear of NCCAT to enrich their skills for the National Board Certification/ Recertification process. Graham County has 14 teachers who presently hold National Board Certification and an additional 14 teachers who are candidates for the prestigious certification. Our teachers join several others across the state of North Carolina, as NC hosts the largest number of National Board Certified teachers in the country.
